Anglicans For Life (AFL) invites you to attend our annual Life SUMMIT conference which coincides with the National March for Life in Washington, D.C.. The events kick-off Thursday evening, January 18, 2024, and run through Saturday, January 20, 2024. Over the course of three days, students and adults will celebrate life, encounter the culture of death that is prevalent in our society, worship God, our Creator, and be equipped to mobilize their local church for Life-Affirming ministry!
This year's Life SUMMIT theme is Life Beyond Dobbs. Our theme addresses the harsh reality that while many people had hoped the fight to protect the unborn had been won when Roe v. Wade was overturned in June of 2022, sadly, the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization decision didn’t end abortion. Instead, it just moved the battle from the national stage to every state’s legislature. Abortion is still widespread in the United States and statistically has fallen less than 25% overall.
Now, as each state in America grapples with abortion and euthanasia related legislation, God’s people must pivot from 50-year-old tactics, and adopt new Life-Affirming strategies, resources, ministry, and biblical advocacy tactics that reflect our ever-changing cultural landscape.
AFL’s Life SUMMIT will answer the question, "What does Life Beyond Dobbs look like?" with the goal of empowering attendees to effectively use many of the new tools and resources Anglicans For Life offers the Church for ministry to those that are lost, lonely, and dying.
Virtual Alternative: Anglicans For Life’s January events are important for everyone to attend, and, if you can’t make it to Washington, D.C., we will bring the conference to you – virtually! Friday and Saturday events will be available to view and technology allows viewers to submit questions to be answered by our speakers.
We encourage our virtual audience to organize “Watch Parties” because we know ministry is more effective with a group of people involved. Watch Parties can happen at your church, or in someone’s home.

In previous years, Anglicans For Life’s youth outreach, Abundant Life: You Were Made For More, hosted a Youth SUMMIT for middle school and high school students. This year we are changing the plan!
Students, youth groups, and adults are invited to join youth from across the nation at a free non-denominational prayer & worship event to end the ultimate human rights injustice of abortion. The event, OneVoice DC is hosted by the Radiance Foundation. If you are a youth group, middle school or high school student, or family that stands for life, please include this fun, youth-filled event on your itinerary.
The change in plans also includes inviting teen students and youth groups to attend the adult Life SUMMIT on Saturday, January 20th. We believe teens will benefit from the outstanding speakers we have scheduled to address participants. Furthermore, we appreciate that many students have multiple commitments on Saturdays, so they can plan to attend either all day or from 10 am to 2 pm, allowing them to hear the keynote presentations only.
Students under the age of 18 who attend Life SUMMIT events must be accompanied by a parent or adult youth leaders (1 leader for every 8 students). If you are bringing both male and female students, churches need to send both male and female leaders. If your church does not have a youth program, we would love to have you join us. You can ask a parent to be your leader, or you can reach out to another church and ask if you can be part of their group. Families are also encouraged to attend together.

Morning Prayer & Worship Service/Buses to the Washington, D.C. March for Life

Location: The Falls Church Anglican, 6567 Arlington Blvd (church sanctuary), Falls Church, VA.
For many people, the Prayer and Worship Service followed by the March for Life constitutes something of a pilgrimage to honor the 65,000,000 children who have died by legal abortion in the United States since 1973. We start the day in worship of our Creator at The Falls Church Anglican. Afterwards, we board buses that take us to the March for Life in Washington, D.C., and by 4 pm ET we are on the buses heading back to the church.
Whether you can only attend the Morning Prayer Service or the whole schedule of events on Friday, AFL invites you to join in-person or online for the Prayer and Worship Service and the March for Life via livestream.

As our culture embraces death via abortion and euthanasia, God’s Word calls His people to protect and value life. The goal of Life SUMMIT 2024 is to mobilize you and your church to bear witness to the Sanctity of Life through education, pastoral care, and ministry in your community.
While many are asking “Where do we go from here?” in Life-Affirming ministry, Life SUMMIT 2024 will provide practical ideas and inspiration so every church can impact our culture and their local community with the truth that God is the loving Creator of every human being, and He has purpose for every life!
Life SUMMIT 2024 is held on Saturday, at The Falls Church Anglican, in Falls Church, VA. We invite you to attend in-person, or virtually. This event is interactive and creates an environment where we can learn from each other, discuss strategies, and prepare for Life-Affirming ministry in this post-Roe world.
We would love for you to attend Life SUMMIT 2024 in-person with members of your church or family. However, if you are unable to, there are a variety of ways you and/or your group can still participate virtually. These include individual participation, household participation, and church watch parties.
